Monsieur Plant creates the installation “Connectedness” in the middle of winter nature, located in the heart of Brittany (France)

Mr Plant artworks present a series of human beings planted in nature, revealing the importance of connectivity between man and nature Indeed, it seems that our society has disconnected from nature a long time ago, human beings have gradually distanced themselves from nature to the point of losing the ability to feel it. It appears that deforestation and global warming have increased over the years and are the result of growing population movements. The more modern cities expand, the more the wild world recedes. Of course, globalization does nothing to improve the situation. The more man lives in an environment outside nature, the less he is able to protect it. While it has been shown that the lack of nature affects « health, spiritual well-being, and many other areas, including the ability to feel alive ». As an antidote, we must find a way to spend more time in nature while technology is gaining in importance.

The human-nature connection improves well-being and commitment to the preservation of biodiversity. Nature is soothing, it heals, it protects us and shelters us for centuries.
